With the start of the most important leagues, it’s time to take stock of the 2025 summer season at MFC.
MFC welcomed a wide range of top international teams for their summer pre-season training, including: Brighton & Hove Albion, Como 1907, Real Betis Balompié, Real Madrid Castilla, Al Nassr, UD Almería, Manchester City Women, Unión Deportiva Las Palmas, Wimbledon, Bolton Wanderers, Birmingham, Al-Quadsiah, Al Jariza, Al-Ettifaq, Al Sadd SC, Johor DT and Orlando Pirates, among others.
The Premier League and elite English football were represented by Brighton. MFC had the opportunity to welcome the best club in the world, Real Madrid, for the first time in its history. Real Madrid Castilla, the most representative team from its youth academy, carried out part of its pre-season training at our facilities under the direction of Alvaro Arbeloa, leaving a magnificent impression in the match they played against Marbella CF.
For the third consecutive year, we were able to enjoy the presence of Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr in Portugal, organising their pre-season training.
Manuel Pellegrini and Isco Alarcón’s Real Betis was another of the big teams that did their pre-season training with us. As was Cesc Fábregas’ Como 1907, which has raised so many expectations after its first season in Serie A.
One of Europe’s top women’s football teams, Manchester United, finished off a few intense months of top-level football.
In addition to the teams, during the summer, top footballers chose our facilities in Marbella to carry out intense training sessions in preparation for the start of the official preseason. Eduardo Camavinga, Marcus Rashford, Trent Alexander Arnold, Dean Huijsen, Marcos Llorente, Antonio Nusa, and Victor Boniface were some of the most recognisable faces.
The 2025 summer season at MFC reaffirmed its status as one of the world’s leading centres for pre-season training. The combination of first-class facilities, excellent weather, quality service, professional staff and exclusive surroundings attracted clubs from Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Oceania
