Marbella Footeball Center culminates the first phase of its digital transformation process.

Marbella Football Center, a leading international brand in the field of pre-seasons and training camps for elite football teams, has completed the integration of an advanced CRM programme, designed to optimise the management, planning, loyalty and relationship with the top-level teams that visit its different centres, thus improving the efficiency and quality of its services.

In the words of Hugo Ferré, corporate general manager of Marbella Football Center, “MFC’s commitment to technological innovation is part of the company’s long-term strategic vision. This is the first step in a plan aimed at changing the management structure of Marbella Football Center and making our brand a reference not only in the field of sports tourism but also in digital innovation”.

To carry out this technological challenge, MFC has had the support of the University of Malaga, with Professor David Bueno Vallejo as a reference, as well as Bimaxpro, a Malaga-based company specialising in secure, scalable and business efficiency-oriented digital solutions.

In the coming months, MFC will undertake the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence tools in order to improve the automation and optimisation of its internal processes, thus culminating its ambitious digital transformation plan.
